There is room for you here
Visiting a church for the first time can bring both hope and questions. You may be returning to worship after some time away, looking for a church community in Kampala, or simply curious about Kingdom Deliverance Centre Uganda. You are welcome to take that first step at your own pace.
You do not need to arrive with a perfect story or know every song. Come ready to listen, worship and meet people. Church is a place to learn together, ask thoughtful questions and grow in faith through everyday relationships.
Choose a service and plan your journey
KDC is located at Kosovo Trading Centre in the Lungujja area of Kampala. Our Sunday English Service runs from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM EAT, followed by the Sunday Luganda Service from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM EAT. Wednesday Bible study is from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM EAT.
Fire Service is a monthly gathering on the last Friday of the month, from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM EAT. Check the current event listing for its next date. If you need help choosing a service or finding the venue, contact the church team before travelling.
Bring yourself, a Bible and your questions
A Bible, a notebook and something to write with can help you reflect on the teaching. If you usually read Scripture on your phone, that is a useful option too. Allow a little extra time for the journey so you can settle in without feeling rushed.
If you are visiting with children, have accessibility needs or would like practical guidance before attending, please speak with our team. Asking in advance helps you understand what to expect and make a comfortable plan for your visit.
Take one small next step
After the service, consider introducing yourself to someone from the team. You can ask about Bible study, prayer support and opportunities to get involved. There is no need to decide everything on your first Sunday.
Belonging usually grows through small, repeated steps: returning for worship, learning a name, sharing a conversation and making space for Scripture during the week. Start with the next step that is right for you.
